Directing and shooting a feature length documentary about British Identity and grassroots Cricket in the UK throughout the summer of 2022. In discussions with Amazon, Netflix, BBC and Sky for release in Spring 2023.

Running the shoot, edit and production of a “Drive to Survive style” series following a team throughout their 2022 season in British GT. Series was originally 4 episodes, on the success of the first two episodes an additional episode was commissioned.

Filming interviews and stunts with volunteer contributors and celebrities for The DoE’s Do It 4 Youth Campaign. Delivering B-Roll packages to editors around the UK remotely.

Hero film and tiktoks for a partnership between artist Niko B and clothes manufacturer K-Way. Working with the creative agency to create the creative deck, briefs, shot lists, recce, editing and overseeing additional edits.

Overseeing the production of Formula E Season race promos. Scripting, budgeting, directing and overseeing the edit schedule of each film. Working with archive and directing crews internationally.

Filming a performance artist based in the UK, directed by a team in Brazil. A film exploring the artists relationship with the natural world, her indigenous cultures places in modern society and the life of the Buddha.

DoP for a short film set in central London – filming on ARRI Mini and working on a closed set with limited crew to meet Covid-19 regulations. Due for release in 2021.

Main camera for feature shoots for Goodwood Speedweek – filming Landrover, Lamborghini, Harley Davidson, Team Virgin and a host of other features for Broadcast on ITV and ITV2.

Shooting PD & DP, This Game Will Remember, Sky & England Cricket Board, 2020
A beautiful short film celebrating the efforts of those who kept the game of Cricket alive during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and those who were lost during that time. Co-Produced with the Video Team at the ECB; editing remotely. Shoots were organized remotely and were filmed strictly within Covid-19 production guidelines. Film was bought by Sky for their coverage of the Women’s League.

Shooting PD, Streetracers, AMW, 2019
Filming for the Streetracers Seoul Preview show. Filming iconic tourist hotspots and finding stories about innovation surrounding electric cars, sustainability and new technologies. Filming with heads of KIA, Haudai, locals, presenters, and designers. Released on 200 channels worldwide and the Streetracers YouTube channel.

Shooting P/D & DP, Max Cooper Live at the Barbican, Barbican & Mesh Media, 2019
A series of videos following Max Cooper’s installation piece and performance in the Main Stage of the Barbican. Overseeing and shooting three videos; online promo, 6min BTS documentary and an hour long “as live” video. Edit was done remotely in Oxford using proxy files – while I produced from London and abroad. The 6min BTS film continues to be well received at music festival and art exhibitions, while the hour and half long live video is currently at 200,000 views. Part of the live video was later released as the official music video for Max’s latest release Aleph 2.

Shooting PD, Formula E Team Nissan, AMW, 2018-20
Producing features for broadcast and digital content for Formula E’s Digital Channels. Part of the broadcast team; embedded with Team Nissan. Overseeing edits, shoots, production, briefs, locations and talent – remotely before the racing weekends and on site during. Shooting on a variety of camera formats and often directing crews of 3-4 on larger shoots. Client facing role, budget control, acting as the go-between for the client (Nissan), their agency and broadcast units.

By liaising with several different leads in other creative departments, I was able to plan shoots and briefs to meet the needs of several distribution channels – broadcast, external digital channels & social media campaigns for instance. The success of this strategy meant that in 2019, despite it being their debut season, and suffering a rather lack-luster performance in the first half of the season, Team Nissan consistently had the widest online and broadcast reach and audience of any team throughout the entire 2019 season.

Following a range of stories in the areas surrounding Mosul during the second offensive in 2016. This included flying a drone over the ruins of Nimrud, visiting a make shift bomb disposal unit and spending a night in a refugee camp in Hassansham.

Working with Oxfam staff in Sierra Leone and Liberia to find stories that could highlight Oxfam’s work with communities during the Ebola outbreak. We successfully collected over 10 stories in two weeks which are being released throughout the next two years to show Oxfam’s successful work providing sanitation, education and livelihoods to communities affected by the Ebola crisis.
